An associate attorney is wanted in NYC to assist Seniot Attorney in conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, briefs, memorandum of law, affirmation and affidavits; participating in settlement discussions, mediation process or pretrial conference before court; participating in discovery by assisting with evaluating findings, taking and defending depositions, drafting interrogatories and document requests, and responding to oppossing sides discovery requests.  The NYS Bar license is required.
